The Ariston Group is acquiring the Riello heating boiler business from US conglomerate Carrier Global for 430 million US dollars. The transaction strengthens the Italian manufacturer's position in the European heating market and forms part of Carrier's strategic portfolio realignment. Riello, known for its burner and boiler technology, will add significant production capacity and distribution channels to Ariston's existing operations. The deal is subject to regulatory approval, with completion expected in the coming months.
